Move & Flow

A combination of fitness exercises with the arts of movement forms, focusing on improving mobility, strength, flexibility, and body balance. Learn new tricks and skills to incorporate into your movements, including basic floor work and inversion poses. Explore a series of movements that will also allow you to express yourself creatively, fostering a sense of flow and connection so that you can move with grace. You’ll be guided through the sequences and provided adjustments. Movements can be modified to accommodate varying abilities. No experience in fitness, dance or yoga is needed.
