~ to be fully present in stillness, embracing the solitude
~ to welcome the precious abundance of life and share it with the world that has gifted me …

Changes come with thunder and light,
before the rainstorm soothes the night —
the night is weeping.
I wake to the blessing of fresh drops,
flooding through the cracks of this breaking heart —
the heart is opening.
