Bangkok “Acro” Workshop

I love partner acrobatics and it’s always been my passion to facilitate active lifestyle event such as “AcroYoga” and I’m so excited to share with you that our AcroYoga Workshop is finally happening on 6 October 2019 in Bangkok!

I’ve been in Bangkok Acro community for many years and I’d love to see the community grow. At the same time, I’d love to connect new people with the community by reaching out to new people and encourage them to practice, learn and enjoy this fun activity together.

At Bangkok Acro workshop, you can learn all (or choose to learn any of) 3 parts of the introduction to Acro; Acroyoga, partner inversions, and standing acrobatics. The workshops are for beginners or anyone who interested to learn AcroYoga.

The workshops will be led by myself and assisted by my lovely team.

1. Introduction to AcroYoga (3 pm –  4.30 pm)
Introduce you to Acroyoga – a beautiful practice that combines the dynamic wisdom of acrobatics, the awareness, trust, breath and balance of yoga. Everyone will get a chance to experience as a flyer, a base, and a spotter.

2. Handstand & Partner Inversions (5 pm –  6 pm)
In this workshop, we will work on handstand drills and alignment with partner spots, and provide you with creative ways of being inverted on your friends’ hands and feet!

3. Standing Acro (6 pm –  7 pm)
We introduce you to basic standing Acro and practice a variety of skills with your partner and group work.

  • You can choose to join all 3 workshops, or jump in at any workshop that you’d like to learn.
  • Bring your own yoga mats if you have one.
  • We have free refilling water so please bring your own bottle!
  • Bring your own food/snack during the break-in case you’ll need it.
